This Saturday will be the biggest day in Warner Bros and DC Films history in front of the packed Hall H at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con.
The reason why I believe it’s so important because with no Marvel Studios in attendance not only will WB win Comic-Con (that’s a given) but they could also lay out a firm challenge to Marvel to regain the superhero crown.
With the inclusion of DC Universe, WB and DC Entertainment should be following the fans example and brand this year’s comic con as sDCc and get the hashtag trending.
It’s important to stress, Saturday’s presentation isn’t just DC but the wider Warner Bros family. Here’s what I believe we’ll likely to see:
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald – This would be a brilliant way to kick-start the presentation with a brand new two-and-a-half-minute trailer and an all-star cast panel (without Johnny Depp).

Honestly, I can only see WB having two panels and between Fantastic Beasts and the final WB panel before DC Films take over. Michael Dougherty will either come out with some cast members to briefly talk about Godzilla: King of the Monsters and will end with the first official teaser that’ll include the awesome image from Entertainment Weekly and a teasers being posted on Twitter is building up to Saturday.

Originally, I thought it would’ve been an awesome teaser, but a full official trailer has been rated and I think this could be the dark horse trailer to steal the weekend.
Mowgli – This will be the final WB panel and with the first trailer hitting online three months ago, it would be the perfect time to release a brand-new trailer. It would also be the perfect chance for Andy Serkis to state to people this will be much different from the Disney film and based on the book.

I would’ve said the final panel would’ve been The Nun, but they were apart of New Line Cinema’s second annual ScareDiego on Wednesday (18th July) and closed the presentation and gave fans some major footage.
Saw a bunch of scenes from #TheNun and of course it looks creepy as hell, although it’s almost too easy, y’know? Why wouldn’t you be freaked out with that? Then, they brought the lights up... #ScareDiego @joblocom pic.twitter.com/sBwsZnFTJB— Paul Shirey (@arcticninjapaul) 19 July 2018
As the first hour is completed or they might try and fit it all in 45 minutes as the studio can focus the final hour plus on DC Films.
Aquaman – This is THEE panel and the only highly anticipated trailer of the whole weekend and with all the images and posters (I seriously hope that Den of Geek cover becomes an official poster it’s utterly beautiful) the excitement is building to fever pitch.

After making fans wait this long, I fully expect we’ll see a full trailer either two-and-a-half minutes or three minutes to showcase the world of Atlantis and the action adventure and this will either begin or end the panel.
At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if Aisha Tyler collapsed seeing all the epicness James Wan just put on us.
Hopefully, she’d wake up quickly to see probably the second most anticipated of the weekend.
Shazam! – This could be the most fun panel of the WB presentation and go against what fans are saying online, I don’t think we’ll see a full trailer at this moment in time (due to the film still nine months away) but believe a 90 second trailer will be enough to showcase the tone and why David F. Sandberg picked Zachary Levi to be his Shazam!

With time coming to an end, at least two surprises will happen. Or they’ll just pay to have the presentation slightly overrun.
Wonder Woman 1984 – We knew the film will have a brief appearance at Hall H as an on set video package this year if the reports are true then get ready to Gal Gadot come on stage and be joined by Patty Jenkins.

They’ll talk about their excitement about the film and do something similar to James Gunn with the first Guardians of the Galaxy and unveil 60 seconds of footage exclusive to Hall H and the first official image of Kristen Wiig as Cheetah.
After this Margot Robbie and Cathy Yan will come out and quickly talk about Birds of Prey and even though it’s a long shot the first new addition to the cast.

Meanwhile, with now a release date revealed, Todd Phillips will briefly talk about Joker and hopefully clear up the confusion with fans and general audiences. Plus the first reveal of Joaquin Phoenix as Joker, but I’d seriously doubt it.
Finally, these two are just as a fan keeping my fingers crossed, Matt Reeves comes out and talks The Batman and Henry Cavill to close the presentation with a graphic confirming Man of Steel 2 but that fades away to reveal the official title, Superman.
All the trailers (apart from WW84) and images will be live at the same time as they’re being shown in Hall H just to stop any leaks happen, but I’m sure the WW84 footage will hit online.
