Ben Affleck Reveals Title To His Standalone Batman Film

Ben Affleck has confirmed the title for his upcoming standalone Batman film during an interview with AP while promoting his new movie The Accountant.

After some long superhero titles like X-Men: Days of Future Past, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Spider-Man: Homecoming, Affleck looks set to simple things by calling his film The Batman.

It’s short, sweet and it’s amazing what you can do with the word “The” because it adds this ora to the character which makes it him less of a person and more of an element to bring fear to criminals.

It must be stressed he did say it was only a working title and he "might change it" adding “we’re working on the script, the script is going well, I’m really excited about it.”

I think Warner Bros wanted to test the waters and see what the reaction was from everyone before announcing the title, but this is a perfect title.
