Fox have FINALLY Found Their Cable For Deadpool 2

Well isn’t Josh Brolin a greedy bastard. Not only is he about the play the biggest villain the Avengers have ever taken on, but now he’s about to team up with Deadpool.

The Hollywood Reporter confirms Brolin will be starring as time travelling mutant Cable opposite Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool 2.

It was one of the most sort after roles for actors in Hollywood with sometimes casting rumours coming out every few days with Fox, Reynolds and probably director David Leitch trying to find the right actor.

The rumours included Brad Pitt, Michael Shannon, Pierce Bronson, Russell Crowe and Stranger Things star David Harbour.

After the long search, it was Brolin who got the role to the surprise to a lot of people and the 49-year-old and Reynolds posted their thoughts on Instagram.

This is the second Marvel character the actor would’ve played after starring as the villain Thanos in Marvel Studio’s Avengers: Infinity War and THR’s sources are saying he has signed a four-film deal.

The Oscar-nominated actor will join Atlanta star Zazie Beetz, who has been cast as the powerful mutant Domino.

Production for the Deadpool sequel is to start in Vancouver in June.
