We are two weeks away from San Diego Comic Con and the major Hollywood studios will be revealing what films will be happening in the upcoming year or few years especially within the superhero genre.
Judging by the first round of the schedule, TV looks like to be the dominating force this year and on the first day.
After not showing up last year, 20th Century Fox is returning on Thursday 20th July and being the first studio to set the tone for Warner Bros and Marvel to beat.
Fox will be in Hall H from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm and I fully expect to see a full-length trailer for Kingsman: The Golden Circle as well as first looks at the cast in costume for Deadpool 2 and New Mutants, I’m also keeping my fingers crossed for a Deadpool video with a teaser poster.

Fox recently slated six dates for untitled Marvel films and I think we could hear official news of an X-Force movie and maybe something about another Fantastic Four reboot.
The studio could also bring first look/teaser trailers for other titles like The Predator, Maze Runner: The Death Cure and Red Sparrow.
20th Century Fox have plenty of titles to make the crowd go crazy in their hour long panel.
The other big panel on Thursday 20th is Netflix in the afternoon in Hall H focusing on films Bright and Death Note.

The streaming service will be presenting a special sneak peek at David Ayer’s new action-thriller film, Bright. There will also be a panel which will include stars Will Smith, Joel Edgerton, Noomi Rapace, Lucy Fry, Edger Ramirez and Ayer himself will be there to present the special footage as well as panel taking questions from the audience.
Fans within Hall H will also get the first look at the new movie, Death Note. The fan favourite manga will have the cast and filmmakers to debut exclusive footage and will talk about the translating the highly popular graphic novel into a film.
Netflix will also be hosting a special screening on Thursday evening to close the first day. My best bet would be Death Note or equally and I wouldn’t be massively surprised if they treat fans to the premiere episode of Marvel’s The Defenders.
Finally, on Thursday morning you can join the legend John Barrowman in his probably highly entertaining one man show. Where he’ll mostly talk about his time DCTV series Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow as well as Doctor Who and Touchwood.
