As news of Justice League and the reshoots continue to spread around the internet with plenty of film websites and bloggers focus on the negative.
Meanwhile, Entertainment Weekly caught up with Ben Affleck about his experience of working on the additional photography and the differences working with both Zack Snyder and Joss Whedon.

“It’s a little unorthodox,” Affleck admits. “Zack had a family tragedy, and stepped off, which is horrible. For the movie, the best person we could’ve possibly found was Joss. We got really lucky that he stepped in.”
Affleck went on to describe Justice League will be “an interesting product of two directors, both with unique visions, both with really strong takes. I’ve never had that experience before making a movie. I have to say, I really love working with Zack, and I really love the stuff we’ve done with Joss.”
This quote should be saved as to why we should be incredibly excited about this film. I would’ve loved to see Snyder’s full 100% vision, but if you’re going to get another big time director then Whedon is the top choice.

So I’m fully expecting the film to have a 60/40 split between the two helmers and even if it’s 50/50 it’s all for making the best, greatest Justice League movie ever. Even though, it came about in the utterly worst way possible it could a beautiful lasting memory for Zack’s daughter.
Plus, when the news was announced, it would’ve hit his cast hard especially Affleck, Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) and Jason Momoa (Aquaman).
Affleck continues saying reshoots have been a part of every movie he’s been involved in pointing towards films like Argo and Gone Baby Gone and explains reshoots doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with Justice League.

Finally, the 45-year-old seems to be more excited to be a part of the DC Extended Universe and could be pointing towards he’s going to be our Batman for the near future.
“This is a really nice time to work in DC. They’re hitting their stride. They’re getting it right. It’s starting to feel like it’s really working,” he concluded.
Justice League opens in UK and US cinemas on November 17.
