DC Movie Round Up - William Dafoe joining Justice League, Robin's Weapon and Wonder Woman with a Tiger?

It’s a been a little bit of a quiet week in the DC Cinemastic Universe, especially yesterday (Tuesday 19th April) with news of William Dafoe joining Justice League as “a good guy”, Robin originally weapon revealed and is Wonder Woman getting a sidekick tiger?

With Justice League starting production in London last week and The Hollywood Reporter have revealed William Dafoe has joined Justice League. He will be in “a good guy” role, but all other details are being “kept under lock and key” however maybe it could be a distraction and could be a voice of DC big baddie Darkseid.

Ontheotherhand, if he is a good guy then much smarter people especially the guys at Cinema blend have complied a list of seven DC characters he could play.

Elsewhere, Digital Spy went through the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice – Tech Manual and found seven fascinating facts, including the different designs Zack Snyder went through to find the his Batman logo.

However, one thing that might upset fans is the weapon Robin used before his death and it wasn’t exactly a quarterstaff. It turns out he had a pretty rad axe/halberd weapon, I know people had an issue this Batman killing in BvS, but I didn’t he said in the film “we’ve always been criminals” and I think him killing was the fact he felt useless after seeing the disaster of Metropolis.

So it’s understandable Robin in this universe would have a deadly weapon for serious injure criminals.

Finally, Connie Nielsen, you’ll know her as Wonder Woman’s mum from June 2017, took to Instagram to post two images and one of them include this beautiful creature.

This is interesting because before Patty Jenkins signed on to direct the film, previous director Michelle MacLaren wanted a “tiger sidekick” in the film. Could Warner Bros and Jenkins herself think this was a cool idea and kept in the script.

The other Instagram post showed American boxer Ann Wolfe, which has led to rumours she could be part of the Amazonians or she could be helping with the fight choreography.
