In two weeks time Star Wars fans from across the world will be heading to a galaxy far, far away, but it’s actually London’s ExCel Centre for Star Wars Celebration Europe. Those in attendance will be lucky enough to see a panel which includes Star Wars Episode VIII director Rian Johnson and Han Solo directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller.

It was revealed during the weekly Star Wars YouTube Show and the directors will be joined by Lucusfilm president Kathleen Kennedy (the big boss), SVP Development Kiri Hart (another important woman) and Star Wars Story Group executive Pablo Hidalgo (the man who makes everything content in Star Wars from comics, books, TV shows and films) for Sunday’s “Future Filmmakers Panel.”

Kennedy was already attending the three-day event with Rogue One director Gareth Edwards, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher also slated to show up. Star Wars Celebration will run from July 15-17. So I suggest avoiding the Jubilee and DLR lines in the morning because they’ll be packed.
This is just me speculating, that Sunday we could get a
small teaser for Episode VIII where we’ll find out the title of the film and we
could find out what Lucasfilm has planned for future Star Wars projects and
maybe (probably not) an image of Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo.
