The Smuggler Appears As We Get A Good Look At Solo: A Star Wars Story

The official footage was revealed during Sunday’s mega sporting event SuperBowl 52 and the standout being Donald Glover as Lando looking dope AF in his fur coat and Alden Ehrenreich looks great as Han Solo.

Then yesterday (Monday 5th February) the first official trailer was released and it kinda looks great and has that mixture of Star Wars fun and being for adults.

The first thing is Ehrenreich isn’t doing a Harrison Ford impression, which is the smart thing both the actor and director Ron Howard to do. Yet there are some moments where the Hail, Caesar star has those Han Solo mannerisms down.

As well as Glover as Lando and Ehrenreich’s Han, we also got a look at Woody Harrelson as Tobias Beckett and Emilia Clarke as the glamorous Qi’Ra. However, we still don’t know who comic Phoebe Waller-Bridge will be playing, though it’s likely to be this droid and Thandie Newton. Could she be playing Han’s wife Sana Solo aka Sana Starros?

As well as the trailers, we also got a look at the pretty cool Solo: A Star Wars Story posters with the standout once again being Childish Gambino.
