Let’s start off with this brilliant trailer, I was watching it on my phone whilst waiting for the press screening of another Warner Bros film How To Be Single, and HOLY SHIT this trailer was incredible. I got so unbelievably giddy watching it, I was like a child.
The opening shot where we see Batman (Ben Affleck) beating the living crap out of some thugs and it was amazing. He moved so well and every strike was deadly, it felt like the Batman Arkham games and by the looks of things this Alfred (played by Jermey Irons) is taken from the 90s animated series as he has the sarcastic tone to his voice.

The score was brilliant and I wonder if Junkie XL got ahold
of Royal Blood because you can really hear the bass letting rip and was only
beefed up by the drums and guitar and I can’t wait to buy this soundtrack and
work out to it back a lot of the Batman themes get you pumped up.
It’s also giving us a better look into this Batman’s
backstory and his reasons to take out Superman (Henry Cavill) and we also got
to hear Wonder Woman’s (Gal Gadot) voice for the first time and even though it
was only a sentence, fans can hopefully calm down and give Gadot a break.
This was a Batman trailer, though and though, but as I said
this is the first time we’re seeing his Batman in the DCCU and it’s important
to establish his character.

Even though seeing Batman kicking arse at the beginning was
the best scene in the trailer, it could easily be rivalled by the look Superman
gives when Batman blocks his punch right at the end.
Earlier this week there were plenty of trailers during the
superbowl, including The Jungle Book, Captain America: Civil War and X-Men:
Apocalypse and instead of getting mixed up in the shuffle.

Warner Bros and
Turkish Airlines did two really clever adverts making Gotham City and
Metropolis look like actual flying destinations with local heroes Bruce Wayne
(Affleck) promoting Gotham and Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) championing his
rebuilt city of Metropolis.
This was really clever by WB and Turkish Airlines as it
gives us world building and easter eggs for future films. They even got maps to
the two cities on their website.

You can also check out Turkish Airlines travel guide about Gotham City and Metropolis.
Also, after the advert and this new trailer I’m declaring
Ben Affleck is going to be the greatest on screen Bruce Wayne/Batman ever.
One more piece of small news is Variety are reporting an
untitled DC Comic film, which is said to be the movie adaptation of The Flash,
is having its release date moved up a week from 23rd March 2018 to 16th March
2018.
