The LEGO Batman Movie is all set to hit San Diego Comic-Con this Saturday, during Warner Bros Hall H panel and thanks to USA Today we’ve got the first look at Robin and The Joker.
After meeting Batman (voiced by Will Arnett) in The Lego Movie, we will see this film poking fun at Batman's insecurities, his orphan status and his love for gadgets. All while he shows off his arrogance and pure cockiness.
Then we have the villains, with The Joker (voiced by Zac Galifianakis, Alan from The Hungover) trying to prove himself to Batman.

"The Joker sees himself on the same level as Batman, a peer, at the top of the game," director Chris McKay tells the paper. "But Batman says that’s not the case, which sends Joker into a spiral trying to prove to Batman that he is indeed the greatest enemy."
McKay and the film’s producers also talked about taking different Batman stories from all mediums throughout the years, which is why you see the Clown Prince of Crime alongside Harley Quinn.

Batman also has to deal with Robin/Dick Grayson (voiced by Michael Cera), who Bruce Wayne accidentally adopts in a charity auction.
“Robin is a super-positive kid who always sees the glass as half full. Really, at the end of the day, he just wants a hug," McKay says. "Michael brings the sweetness and honesty.”

McKay went on to add “"Lego Batman is About a Boy as directed by Michael Mann, This is a single guy who suddenly has a kid literally drop into his world."
