To celebrate the homestretch of Justice League filming in London, and before they fly off to Iceland, Zack Snyder released this badass image of Ben Affleck’s Batman in his new tactical suit.

The image (which I'm guessing was taken by the amazing Clay Enos) sent Twitter and the DC fanboys/girls into overdrive and you can instantly see the differences between the grey and black of Batman v Superman to now the all black look similar to Batsuits wore by Michael Keaton and Christian Bale, but it does have one new feature – the goggles.
There’s also another difference and it’s the size of Affleck in the suit. In Dawn of Justice, Batfleck was a massive bruiser, but it seems in Justice League (while still huge) he looks much leaner and I’m hoping this means we’ll get some awesome fight scenes.

One of the best things about the DCEU fan community is they treat everything like a huge event. It’s great to see that even though things are still not perfect in the DCU, fans get super excited for the future.
The image did come with some negative response (like anything else) and they poke fun at the fact it looked incredibly similar to Patrick Wilson’s Nite Owl costume in Watchman, which it does, but that’s not a bad thing because Nite Owl was an interpretation of the Dark Knight.
Forbes’ Mark Hughes made an interesting theory suggesting, in the scene the image was taken, we could see Joe Manganiello’s Deathstroke making a cameo. (Click here to read the full story)
