IMAGE VIA WARNER BROS/CLAY ENOS |
If you didn’t know this past weekend (17th September 2016) was Batman Day. Yes, this is a real, awesome thing.
To celebrate this very special day Justice League director
Zack Snyder went on Twitter to post not one, but two images from behind the
scenes of the DC superhero team-up on the same day! Something he never does.
Sarcasm aside, these images were beautifully taken by Clay Enos.
The first image Snyder posted was nothing exciting it’s just
himself on a rooftop with the Batsignal.

It’s the second image Snyder released that has gotten DC fanboys and girls crazy about and we now have are first look at J.K Simmons as Commissioner Jim Gordon.

Doesn’t he look magnificent? Firstly, it’s a beautiful black
and white image taken by Enos and with this filter, it gives the picture this
noir feel and I love it.
I also love how he resembles Commissioner Gordon from
Batman: The Animated Series. With the long trench coat, glasses and hat, it’s
the character from my favourite childhood character, which I still watch, has
come alive.
