It took 27 years, but Billy Dee Williams is finally getting the justice he deserves and will get his chance to play famous Batman rogue Two-Face on the big screen but in LEGO form.
To give some back story, Williams played Harvey Dent (all round good guy and Gotham’s district attorney) in Tim Burton’s 1989 Batman. He was rightly pissed off he never got the chance to turn his Dent into the infamous crime lord Two-Face in the original Batman films after the character got recast as Tommy Lee Jones in Batman Forever.
Now Billy Dee gets his chance as he’ll be voicing Two-Face in the upcoming LEGO Batman Movie, it might not be the live-action version he was hoping for, but after 27-years it’ll be a nice (and well earned) addition to his legacy.
The reveal actually came from a fan question via Twitter to the film’s director Chris McKay, who confirmed Billy Dee’s involvement.

Billy Dee is the latest name to join this all-star voice cast there’ll be a number of Batman’s rogues in the film including Zack Galifianakis as The Joker, Harley Quinn and probably many more villain cameos.

Batman (Will Arnett) can’t stop all these villains and save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, he’ll have to break in two new vigilantes – young Dick Grayson/Robin (Michael Cera) and Barbara Gordon/Batgirl (Rosario Dawson).
