Justice League is set to continue the trend for fantastic DCEU film soundtracks and scores as one of the best in the business to join the league.
The Hollywood Reporter has revealed Danny Elfman will be joining to compose Warner Bros’ mega superhero team-up as additional photography is about to begin in London.

Elfman’s hiring comes after Joss Whedon (who was already on board writing) came to stand in for Zack Snyder to oversee the new shoots and handle the post production on Justice League after Snyder stepped down to deal with a family tragedy.
Originally, Tom Holkenberg (aka Junkie XL) was on board to score the movie after doing a fantastic job with Batman v Superman but now has moved to compose Tomb Raider.
Junkie XL did post a statement on his Twitter to confirm the news.

It’s a shame a talented bloke like Holkenberg won’t be a part of the film anymore as his BvS soundtrack with Hans Zimmer is one of the best movie scores ever and I was looking forward to hearing the themes for Aquaman and The Flash.
However, getting a legend like Elfman on board is a great get for WB and this won’t be the first time he’s worked on a DC film scoring Tim Burton’s Batman and Batman Returns. He has also worked with Sam Raimi on Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2, among the other titles the 64-year-old has handled.
Furthermore, this won’t be the first time Elfman and Whedon have worked after he came on board late to help with Avengers: Age of Ultron, adding to the music already written by Brian Tyler.
