Justice League will be one of the biggest movies to come out in the second half of 2017 and Ben Affleck gave some insight into working with two “unique visions” in regards to Zack Snyder and Joss Whedon.
Affleck spoke to Entertainment Weekly about how Batman will have changed to the awesome one we were introduced to in Batman v Superman.

“BvS departed a little bit from the traditional Batman. He started out with all this rage directed at Superman, because of his coworkers who had died in the fight Superman had with Zod” says Affleck.
Affleck goes on to compare the differences from fury Batman held in BvS to the Dark Knight we all know in Justice League. “He was holding on to a lot of anger, in a little bit of an irrational way.

"Whereas this is a much more traditional Batman. He’s heroic. He does things in his own way, but he wants to save people, help people.”
This was always expected as we see Bruce Wayne change at the end of the film at Superman’s funeral wanting to honour a man and repay him for being wrong and misguided.
However, getting a team of metahumans together won’t be easy and it’ll be something we’ve never seen in from Batman on the big screen before.
“He’s put in this position of having to reach out, find other people, convincing them to do something,” Affleck explains. “Part of the drama of the movie is the question of whether or not the team is going to come together. It’s very different from the tenor of the last movie.”
The events of Batman v Superman and trying to get this team together will mean a return to more classic, better-known version of the Caped Crusader.
“This is more in keeping with the canon of how Batman’s usually been portrayed, and how he’s portrayed vis a vis the Justice League in the comics” the 45-year-old explained.
“This is more the Batman you would find if you opened up your average Batman comic book.”
“Not that it’s average,” Affleck stressed. “I think it’s a really cool story. Actually, it’s sort of a story about multilateralism. It’s not a bad theme to have.”
Even though I was a fan of the angry, vengeful Batman like in the Warehouse scene to the point Affleck is my favourite on screen Batman ever. The fact we’ll see this character grow to the hero we all know and love makes Justice League exciting. Just give us another Warehouse scene.
Justice League makes its way to cinemas on November 17.
