LONG LIVE THE KING!
Without any big announcements on Twitter the days before, Marvel Studios has dropped a Black Panther bomb today (Monday 16th) and it shows that not only is this film going to be special, but also it’s going to be fucking boss!
The music alone stands it out compared to other Superhero movie trailers by using a hip-hop/rap cover of Gil Scott-Heron’s ‘The Revolution Will Not Be Televised’ and I think oddly this a signal from Marvel and Disney to say Black Panther will be a revolution in the genre and the MCU.
I was already excited about this film because Chadwick Boseman was one of the few things I liked about Captain America: Civil War. However, with the teaser trailer and now this first full-length trailer, I’m now confident to say I’m more excited about this film then Infinity War.

It’s already in my top three most anticipated films of 2018 alongside Aquaman.
From the world of Wakanda to Ryan Coolger’s direction and how the suits come on and off and Michael B. Jordan’s badass Gold Panther suit/armour!
On the other hand, on the high of the trailer, it’s such a massive letdown that Marvel releases another standard-issue shit poster. It’s literally the same as Spider-Man: Homecoming and Thor: Ragnarok.

Seriously Marvel up your fucking poster game!
Black Panther will be released earlier in the UK as always on February 9, 2018, and a week later on February 16, 2018, in the US.
