Harley Quinn has been a DC Comics fan favourite since her debut in the Batman: The Animated Series in 1992 but she took on a new lease of life last year when she was the breakout character from the WB/DC film, Suicide Squad.
Margot Robbie is already planned (depending on what’s happening with the DCEU post-Justice League) to reprise the role of Harley Quinn for the spinoff movie and she’s now getting her own animated TV series.

Deadline is reporting Warner Bros’ upcoming DC-branded streaming service has ordered 26 half-hour episodes and it’ll be leaning towards being adult animated action-comedy series and it’ll be called Harley Quinn.
According to Deadline, “[Margot] Robbie is at the top of Warner Bros’ wish list of actresses to voice the title character in the animated series, and she is expected to be approached for the gig.”
However, if they don’t get Robbie and it’s a long shot then I’d look at Melissa Rauch as she did a great job in the animated movie Batman and Harley Quinn.

As well as Quinn, the series will feature Poison Ivy and a whole cast of heroes, villains, old and new from the DC Universe. This animated series has become the third series to be greenlit for the DC streaming service joining the live-action Titans, from Greg Berlanti, Geoff Johns, Akiva Goldsman, Sarah Schechter, and finally, the cult animated series Young Justice is returning.
The Harley Quinn series will be coming from Powerless executive producers Justin Halpern and Patrick Schumacker alongside Dean Lorey from Warner Bros Animation.
